With over 25 years of experience, including senior positions in the Top Tier firms, Darragh specializes in providing strategic, commercially driven advisory services that empower business owners and their families to operate in a tax-efficient manner tailored to their unique needs.

Under Darragh's leadership, the firm boasts a team of highly experienced professionals with extensive expertise in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and designing estate structures for high-net-worth business owners. Darragh became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1997 and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute in 1999. She served on the Board of CCABI, the consultative body for all accountancy bodies in Ireland, tasked with the formation and presentation of national tax policy submissions to the government. Additionally, she has served on the Executive Board of ACCA Ireland and was for many years their national tax spokesperson.

Niall’s extensive industry experience spans the full business lifecycle, from start-ups and scale-ups to international expansion and exit strategies, whether through sales or inter-generational transfers. He specializes in corporate reorganizations, succession planning, shareholder exits, M&A, private equity, share schemes, international tax, and property transactions. Additionally, he provides guidance to foreign companies establishing operations in Ireland, focusing on maximizing Irish tax incentives.

Renowned for leading tax planning projects and corporate transactions, Niall collaborates with multi-disciplinary advisory teams to deliver comprehensive high value solutions. He frequently presents on tax planning topics to industry groups, legal firms, and international accounting networks. As a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and a Chartered Tax Advisor and Accountant, Niall holds an MBS in Accounting and a BA in Accounting & Finance from DCU.
